Welcome to the Florida Department of Transportation's (FDOT) Claims Management System (CMS).
The CMS is designed to allow people to efficiently make new claims against the FDOT, review their existing claims,
and communicate with individuals involved in the claims handling process.
IMPORTANT--If you are making a claim for the first time you
must first become an "Internet Subscriber"
in order to be able to log into the CMS. This simply means that you must create a Subscriber Account by entering
your name, a password of your choice, and other information in the "FDOT User Sign-In Portal" screen you will see
after clicking on one of the buttons below. After entering the information on that screen and clicking
the "Create Account", button
you will receive an e-mail with a link that you must click on to complete your account setup. When
you click that link, a screen will come up where you will enter your password and then click
on the "Complete Account Creation Process" button. At that point, you are an "Internet Subscriber."
You must then go back to the "FDOT User Sign-In Portal" screen, click
on the "E-mail — Internet Subscriber" icon, enter your
e-mail address and password, and click the "Login" button. You will then be inside the CMS and will be guided by
various prompts on the screens that follow. To log into the system at any time afterwards you need only go to the
FDOT User Sign-In Portal screen, enter your e-mail address and password, and you can log directly into the CMS.
